Choosing My Vitamin & Supplement Program

Why do I need to take vitamins & supplements?

The majority of your nutritional needs should be met by following a well-balanced diet. However, in recent years researchers are finding that nutritional supplements may be beneficial if

  • You have certain conditions or risk factors for certain diseases, which include (but are not limited to) heart disease, Type 2 diabetes, and high blood pressure.
  • You are over 55 years of age.
  • You are taking certain medications that may deplete or inhibit the absorption of certain nutrients.

Am I obligated to purchase anything if I fill out this questionnaire?

No. A personal recommendation is provided for you free of any charges.

What is a protocol?

A protocol is a combination of supplements that are recommended to help optimize nutritional status.

Can my children go on this program?

Our supplements contain dosages for adults and are not appropriate for children. If you feel that your child requires nutritional support based on our protocol, these needs are still best addressed through your child's physician.

Do you have any vitamin & supplement recommendations for pregnant or breastfeeding women?

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, we recommend that you refer to your physician to discuss your personal nutritional needs. Nutritional needs are unique during pregnancy and lactation.

I am taking other medications or a lower dosage than what is listed on your questionnaire. Where do I write this information?

Some medications may deplete your body of certain nutrients. If your medication or dosage is not mentioned on the questionnaire, it means there are no current studies supporting a general need to supplement your diet with specific nutrients. We do recommend that you discuss such unique circumstances with your physician and pharmacist.

What if my medical condition or medications change?

Any alteration in health conditions or medications may indicate that your nutritional needs have changed slightly. We encourage all participants to complete a new questionnaire whenever they experience a change in medical condition or medications.

Can I give my vitamins & supplements to my family members?

Each person has unique nutritional needs based on his or her medical history, lifestyle, gender, and age. Your supplement program is designed specifically for your consumption only. Encourage your family members and friends to take our questionnaire to receive their own personalized supplement recommendations.

I'm not good at remembering to take pills. Can I combine more than one packet at a time?

Ideally, it is best to take your vitamins & supplements at the designated time as certain nutrients, such as calcium, are best absorbed in smaller doses. If you find that you are constantly forgetting to take a specific packet, combining packets is better than missing your dosage all together!

What should I do if I forget to take my vitamins & supplements? Should I double up the next day?

Do NOT double up on your vitamins & supplements from a prior day. An occasional missed dosage should not affect your nutrition program.

How do I put my program on hold?

Give us a call and we will suspend your program until you are ready to receive your next Vitamin & Supplement CustomPak.

How do I cancel my program?

Simply give us a call, and we will cancel your program immediately.

Can I return my supplements if I am not satisfied?

Yes. We offer a 100% money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our products, simply return the unused portion within 90 days for a full refund. Upon receipt of your vitamins & supplements, we will credit your account in full.

Do you charge sales tax?

Custom vitamin " supplement packs that are shipped to customers residing in the state of Washington are subject to tax at the appropriate state and local rate. In Washington, the total sales price includes shipping and handling charges, as well as discounts.

Questions About Our Products

Are your pills "all natural?"

Yes, our products do not contain any preservatives or artificial colors or flavorings.

Which products might be a problem if I have allergies?

Glucosamine might be a problem for people allergic to shellfish because it is manufactured from a natural seafood extract derived from crab shell.

If you are allergic to fin fish, the omega-3 supplements might be problematic.

Does the green tea in Cyto-redoxin have any trace of caffeine, even though it states that it is decaffeinated?

Yes, decaffeinated does not mean CAFFEINE FREE, but typically ‹10% caffeine. The Cyto-redoxin contains about 1 mg of caffeine in each pill, which is a negligible amount (regular coffee has an average of 80 to100 mg per cup).

Do the vitamins & supplements need to be refrigerated?

No. Store your supplements in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and heat.

How are the vitamins & supplements shipped?

Your order will be shipping via United Parcel Service (UPS) standard shipping. If you want delivery to a US Post Office Box, we will ship via the US Postal Service (USPS) as UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes.

Do you charge for shipping?

$5.95 will be added to orders in the US to defray shipping and handling costs. International orders are charged actual shipping costs and customs (if applicable).

Does it cost to ship overseas?

Yes, shipping varies between countries and the weight of each package.

Can you ship overnight delivery?

Yes, in the United States, for $29.95 via UPS for overnight shipping, instead of the $5.95 shipping cost. We're sorry, but expedited shipping methods are unavailable for P.O. boxes, US Territories, and APO/FPO Military addresses. We ship via standard shipping only to these locations. Packages sent to APO/FPO military or Territorial addresses may be delayed by standard mail handling.

Do I need to be present to sign for the delivery?

No. They are automatically sent as a NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED delivery.

Shipping FAQs

How are my supplements shipped?

Standard Shipping: Your order will be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS. Please allow 4 to 7 business days from your order date for your order to arrive at your delivery address. When you place your order, we will give you the date that we expect your order to arrive. Please note: Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may require an additional one to two days.

Do you charge for shipping?

Yes, $5.99 will be added to orders in the U.S. to defray shipping and handling costs. International orders are charged actual shipping costs and customs (if applicable) and actual shipping time can vary.

Can you ship express delivery?

Yes, Express Shipping is the fastest way to receive your order and is available for an additional fee. All Express orders will be shipped via UPS.

  • $14.95 for 2-day
  • $29.95 for overnight

We’re sorry, but expedited shipping methods are not available for P.O. boxes, International, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO Military addresses. We ship only via standard shipping to these locations. Packages sent to military or Territorial addresses may be delayed by standard mail handling.

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders received before 5 p.m. Eastern Time Monday through Friday will be processed the same day. Orders received after 5 p.m. Eastern Time will be processed the next day. Orders received after 5 p.m. Eastern Time Friday, Saturday, or on Sunday will be processed on the following business day. Our transportation partners do not process orders on the weekend. Therefore, if you place an order after 5 p.m. Eastern Time on Friday, you may experience a delay between your order shipped confirmation email and the actual shipment of your order.

Weekend delivery

Orders shipped via UPS, including Overnight, 2-day, and 3-day are delivered Monday through Friday only. Orders shipped via USPS are delivered Monday through Saturday.

*Additionally, as you are on our auto-delivery program, your orders are timed to be shipped to you just before you run out of your supplement supply.
