"I went to the Pritikin Longevity Center in September 2002 because I was seeing how badly my patients needed to lose weight and how excess weight went hand in hand with the illnesses they were suffering from, like diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, and cancer. I decided that I could bring all the benefits and education I received at Pritikin back to my patients to help them. I personally received a multitude of benefits, too. Just before going to Pritikin, I was 160 pounds and a size 12. Today, I'm 128 pounds and a size 6. I'm also off all my cholesterol medications. I feel 100% better, I have lots of energy, and I'm more efficient at work. I wish I could put all my patients on a plane to Pritikin. There's no better way to teach my patients how to live a long, healthy, and happy life."
