Our Wellness Packages are additions to your Pritikin Program. In other words, after you make reservations for a one-week stay or longer at the Pritikin Longevity Center, you may enhance your stay by adding one or more of our Wellness Packages. The packages contain additional services for health conditions like diabetes, heart disease, and overweight/obesity.

MedCheck Program
Are you experiencing side effects that, unbeknown to you, are caused by risky combinations of drugs, supplements, food, and herbs?
The 5th leading cause of death in the U.S. is dangerous drug reactions. Symptoms of risky combinations include fatigue, depression, anxiety, muscle pain, lower sex drive, and weight change.

- Carotid Ultrasound
- IMT (Intimal Medial Thickness)
- RMR (Resting Metabolic Rate)
- Heart-Healthy Private Cooking Class
- Polar Heart Monitor
The Heart Health Package, pre-booked, is $900 ($1,500 value). Up to 80% of the echocardiogram and carotid ultrasound is Medicare reimbursable.
Women's Health Package
This package addresses the special needs of women in their middle years and beyond, with the goal of helping them look and live well. Services include:
- DEXA Bone Density Testing
- DEXA Body Composition Scan
- RMR (Resting Metabolic Rate)
- Full Thyroid Testing, Including T4 + Free T3
