- 3 bananas (ripe)
- 2 tablespoons apple juice concentrate
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups Greek-style nonfat plain yogurt
- Ginger root (Slice off skin. Then grate to extract 1 teaspoon of juice, ideally using a microplane.)
Methods/steps
- Mash bananas using a wire whip.
- Combine bananas, apple juice concentrate, vanilla, yogurt, and 1 teaspoon of ginger juice in bowl. Mix well.
