Instructions

  1. Soak beans overnight.
  2. Cook vegetables in a large stockpot until soft.
  3. Add beans, water, oregano, chili powder, liquid smoke, garlic powder, salsa, vinegar & juice.
  4. Cook for 2 ½ hours.
  5. When ready to serve add cilantro.
  6. Serve immediately
