Instructions
  1. Steam all three potatoes until just cooked, about 10 minutes.
  2. Let potatoes cool.
  3. In a large hot nonstick skillet, toss in potatoes and onions.
  4. When onions start to brown, add spices and cook for 1 minute more.
  5. Serve hot.
