Instructions
  1. Cut, grate, or puree tomatoes, as desired.
  2. In a nonstick saucepan over medium heat, brown onions and garlic. Add the tomatoes, oregano, pepper, and dried basil. Cook over medium heat until thickened, about 40 minutes.
  3. Mix in the Splenda and fresh basil.
