Instructions
  1. Place Cabbage in a bowl,
  2. Puree remaining ingredients in a Cuisenart.
  3. In a stockpot bring puree to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Pour over cabbage.
  6. Cool and refrigerate for 4 hours.
  7. Heat before serving if serving as a side dish to a hot meal or serve cold for a great salad
