Instructions
  1. Saute onions & garlic until light brown.
  2. Add celery and cook 3 minutes, until soft.
  3. Add salt, pepper, tumeric, cumin, ginger, cinnamon, saffron, bay leaf and cook for half an hour over low heat.
  4. Add tomato puree, potato, lentil, water & cook for 45 minutes.
  5. Add diced tomato and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Garnish with cilantro.
