Instructions
  1. In a very hot skillet saute mushrooms until start to brown.
  2. Add rosemary, shallot & garlic.
  3. When garlic starts to brown add beans & wine.
  4. Reduce wine until almost evaporated.
  5. Add Stock, tomato sauce & soy.
  6. Cook until boiling.
  7. Add arugula & basil.
  8. Serve hot
