  1. Shred potato & onions.
  2. In a colander let potato drain for 5 minutes.
  3. Press to release more water and drain for 3 minutes more.
  4. In a large bowl whisk together eggbeaters, garlic, pepper, paprika.
  5. Whip until well combined.
  6. Whip in potato starch until fluffy.
  7. Add potato and onion.
  8. Put into baking pan about 1 ½ inches thick.
  9. Cook covered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, uncover and cook for 10 minutes more until light brown.
  10. Let sit for 5 minutes before cutting.
