Instructions
  1. Roast peppers, peel & de-seed. Then dice.
  2. Brown all vegetables in a large hot stockpot.
  3. Deglaze with tomato sauce and stock.
  4. Add seasonings, bring to boil and cook for 1½ hours at a simmer.
  5. Thicken with cornstarch & water mixture.
  6. Serve hot.
