Instructions
  1. Put bread in a large bowl and mix in sugar, raisin & pineapple.
  2. In a separate bowl mix remaining ingredients lightly.
  3. Fold into bread trying not to break up bread.
  4. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
  5. Serve immediately
