Instructions
  1. Saute vegetables with garlic and basil for 6 minutes.
  2. Add all ingredients and mix well and let sit for half hour.
  3. Cut peppers the long way.
  4. Fill each pepper with half cup of mixture.
  5. Bake in shallow pan for 40 minutes.
  6. Serve with marinara sauce
