Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Bring water, garlic, onion, salt, pepper & milk to a boil.
  2. Slowly whisk in sundried tomatoes, rosemary and polenta.
  3. Cook for 20 minutes over low heat.
  4. Stirring frequently.
  5. Pour onto a 2 in baking pan, and let cool.
  6. When cold & set cut into slices.
  7. Bake in a 350-degree oven for 8 minutes to heat for service.
