  1. In a large skillet, over medium heat, saute peppers, onion & garlic.
  2. When onions are translucent add stock, soy sauce, black pepper & wine.
  3. Cook until liquid is reduced by half.
  4. Hold sauce for service.
  5. To serve: sear tofu then add sauce to the skillet.
  6. Let tofu cook in the sauce for 3 minutes.
  7. Serve hot
