  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Arrange the chicken breasts in a single layer in a nonstick baking pan.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the cilantro, lime zest, lime juice, no-calorie sweetener, garlic, and black pepper. Pour the mixture evenly over the chicken.
  4. Bake until the internal temperature of the largest piece of chicken is 165 degrees, about 45 to 50 minutes.
