  1. Soak So-Soya in hot water for five minutes and drain
  2. Saute all vegetables & So-Soya
  3. When vegetables begin to soften add BBQ sauce. Bring to boil
  4. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes
  5. Serve hot
