  1. Bring water, lemon juice, orange juice and peppercorns to a boil.
  2. In a baking dish lay out cous cous.
  3. Pour boiling liquid over cous cous and cover with plastic wrap.
  4. Let stand for 6 minutes, uncover, flake and garnish.
  5. Optional: orange slices, dried cranberries, parsley to garnish
