  1. Combine balsamic, oregano, and garlic.
  2. Place tofu slices in a bowl or dish, then pour balsamic mixture over them.
  3. Marinate for at least 30 minutes. (Overnight is even better).
  4. Drain tofu. Grill, pan-sear, or bake on both sides. Cut into cubes.
