Pan Seared Salmon
  1. Season fish with Pritikin Fish Seasoning on both sides
  2. In a medium hot skillet sear fish on each side for 3 minutes
  3. Remove from the flame and rest in skillet for 2 minutes then serve. (Salmon should be slightly pink on the inside)
Roasted Red Pepper Sauce
  1. Saute onion and garlic; add roasted red pepper and oregano and sauté for an additional 5 minutes
  2. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend for 2 minutes. Poor over salmon and serve
