Instructions
  1. Bring water, saffron, garlic, onion, salt, pepper & milk to a boil.
  2. Slowly whisk in polenta.
  3. Cook for 20 minutes over low heat. Stirring frequently.
  4. Pour onto a 2 in baking pan. Cool
  5. When cold & set cut into slices.
  6. Bake in a 350-degree oven for 8 minutes to heat for service.
