Instructions
  1. Clean all mushrooms and rough chop all vegetables.
  2. In a large hot stockpot sweat all vegetables, herbs and rice.
  3. When vegetables are soft add the rest of the ingredients.
  4. Bring to boil and reduce to simmer for until rice is very soft (1 hour) puree.
  5. If covers back of a spoon it is thick enough otherwise reduce more on stove.
  6. Over low temperature and make sure it does not burn.
