Marinated Chicken

Materials

  • 16 oz chicken breast (boneless, skinless)
  • 2 limes juiced
  • 1/2 chipotle pepper
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 teaspoon cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic
  • 1 teaspoon onion
  • 1 tomatillo

Instructions

  • Puree all ingredients, except chicken, well in a blender.
  • Marinate chicken for 3 hours.
  • Grill or sear in a Vital Nutrition pan. Cover until cooked.
