pineapple (ripe)

fresh thyme
picked & chopped

soy sauce, low sodium

fresh garlic
chopped

Vidalia onion

juniper berries
ground

tablespoons
paprika

black peppercorns
ground
Instructions
Puree all ingredients in Cuisenart, except chicken.
Let marinate for one hour maximum.
Grill until cooked.
Let sit for 2 minutes and serve.
