Marinated Grilled Chicken Breast

An easy Marinated Grilled Chicken recipe.

Materials

  • 8 4-oz chicken breasts (boneless) cut into 4 oz portions
  • 1 large pineapple (ripe)
  • 1 oz fresh thyme picked & chopped
  • 5 tablespoons soy sauce, low sodium
  • 1 cup fresh garlic chopped
  • 1 cup Vidalia onion chopped
  • 2 tablespoons juniper berries ground
  • 4 tablespoons paprika
  • 2 tablespoons black peppercorns ground

Instructions

  • Puree all ingredients in Cuisenart, except chicken.
  • Let marinate for one hour maximum.
  • Grill until cooked.
  • Let sit for 2 minutes and serve.
