roasted chicken stock

Prikikin Matza Balls (see recipe)
Instructions
Sweat all vegetables with paprika, oregano & thyme.
When onions are translucent add chicken stock.
Bring to boil, then simmer for 1 hour.
When ready to serve add matzo balls, dill & parsley.
