Materials

  • 1 cup papaya fresh, diced
  • 2 teaspoon red onion diced
  • 1 jalapeno pepper very finely diced
  • 4 ounces lime juice fresh
  • 2 ounces red bell pepper diced small
  • 2 ounces black beans cooked
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro leaves fresh, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients.
  • Let sit for 10 minutes and serve.
