Materials

  • 4 cups green beans
  • 1 cup red bell peppers diced
  • 1 cup red onions minced
  • 1/4 cup pimientos diced
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon
  • 4 lemons juiced
  • 1/4 cup sour cream, fat free
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients and marinate 1 hour before serving.
  • KEEP COVERED AND REFRIGERATED AT ALL TIMES.
