Jalapeno Hot Sauce

For those who want to take it up a notch. We’re not kidding when we say this sauce is spicy. Sample a tiny bit before scooping up more.

Materials

  • 5 jalapeno peppers (fresh) stems removed
  • 1.5 tablespoons garlic chopped
  • 1.5 shallots chopped (optional)
  • 1.5 cups white balsamic vinegar
  • 1.5 tablespoons prepared horseradish
  • 1/4 bunch cilantro, leaves removed from stems
