Materials

  • 6 red peppers roasted peeled and de-seeded
  • 15 ounces garbanzo beans cooked and drained
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice adjust according to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh garlic minced
  • 1/8 cup fresh dill chopped
  • 2 teaspoon Pritikin Green Grotto hot sauce
  • 1/8 teaspoon black peppercorns ground
  • 1/2 celery chopped

Instructions

  • Puree all ingredients until smooth.
