Roasted Potatoes

Materials

  • 3 Yukon Gold potatoes cut into wedges
  • 1 teaspoon Pritikin® All-Purpose Seasoning*
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper (salt-free)

Instructions

  • Start cut potatoes in cold water and bring to a boil
  • Only cook until half way finished
  • Let cool down slightly, and season.
  • Spray sheet tray with pam
  • Spread potatoes out on tray
  • Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until crisp at 375 degrees
