100% apple juice concentrate (found in freezer sections)
thawed, undiluted

chopped Romaine lettuce

Instructions
In a food processor or blender, combine all ingredients except Romaine and Parmesan.
Process until dressing is completely smooth and creamy.
Combine desired amount of dressing with Romaine and Parmesan.
Refrigerate remaining dressing.
