BBQ So-Soya

Materials

  • 1 pound So Soya sliced
  • 6 ounces Pritikin BBQ Sauce
  • 1 1/2 cup onions peeled & diced
  • 1/2 garlic chopped
  • 1 large carrot peeled & diced
  • 2 cups cabbage shredded
  • 1 1/2 cup red grapes

Instructions

  • Soak So-Soya in hot water for five minutes and drain
  • Saute all vegetables & So-Soya
  • When vegetables begin to soften add BBQ sauce. Bring to boil
  • Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes
  • Serve hot
