low sodium soya sauce

Instructions
Saute garlic, onion and gingerroot in sesame oil for 1 minute.
Marinate tofu in soya sauce.
Add asparagus, red pepper, onion, and shiitake mushrooms to sauté and cook for 2 minutes.
Finish off with bean sprouts, snow peas, scallion, and basil.
