Instructions
Steam artichoke with lemon juice brushed to prevent discoloration.
Cool immediately.
In Cuisenart puree roasted garlic, caramelized onion, pita, half cup marinara, white beans, basil.
Stuff the cooled artichokes with the stuffing.
Bake at 350- degree oven until hot to serve.
