stem removed & wiped clean

golden ripe pineapple

balsamic vinegar
Instructions
Puree pineapple and balsamic until smooth.
Marinate mushrooms for 1 hour, do not exceed 1 hour it is better slightly less.
Grill mushrooms until they have some marks
