Grilled Shiitake Mushrooms

Materials

  • 2 pounds shiitake mashrooms stem removed & wiped clean
  • 1 golden ripe pineapple
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  • Puree pineapple and balsamic until smooth.
  • Marinate mushrooms for 1 hour, do not exceed 1 hour it is better slightly less.
  • Grill mushrooms until they have some marks
