Grilled Shiitake Mushrooms
Yield: 6 people
- 2 pounds shiitake mashrooms stem removed & wiped clean
- 1 golden ripe pineapple
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- Puree pineapple and balsamic until smooth.
- Marinate mushrooms for 1 hour, do not exceed 1 hour it is better slightly less.
- Grill mushrooms until they have some marks
