Roasted Vegetable Wrap

Materials

  • 2 zucchini julienne
  • 2 yellow squash julienne
  • 2 red onion julienne
  • 1 red pepper julienne
  • 1 yellow pepper julienne
  • 1/2 black peppercorns ground
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 tablespoon granulated garlic
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil julienne
  • 3 pieces garden thin thin bread

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients except basil and wrap.
  • Roast at 350 degrees for 7 minutes stirring once.
  • Let cool and add basil.
  • Cut each piece of bread into four.
  • Roll equal amounts into each and place on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 3 minutes until warm.
  • Serve immediately
