Roasted Vegetable Wrap
Ingredients
- 2 zucchini julienne
 - 2 yellow squash julienne
 - 2 red onion julienne
 - 1 red pepper julienne
 - 1 yellow pepper julienne
 - 1/2 black peppercorns ground
 - 1 teaspoon oregano
 - 1 tablespoon granulated garlic
 - 1/4 cup fresh basil julienne
 - 3 pieces garden thin thin bread
 
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients except basil and wrap.
 - Roast at 350 degrees for 7 minutes stirring once.
 - Let cool and add basil.
 - Cut each piece of bread into four.
 - Roll equal amounts into each and place on a baking sheet.
 - Bake for 3 minutes until warm.
 - Serve immediately
