FRESH TOMATO SAUCE (serving size: About 1 cup)

oregano (dry)

black peppercorns
ground

basil (dry)

Splenda

fresh basil leaves

Instructions
MEATLESS MEATBALLS
Mix all ingredients together.
Mold into balls.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
FRESH TOMATO SAUCE
Cut, grate, or puree tomatoes, as desired.
Brown onions and garlic.
Add tomatoes, oregano, and pepper.
Cook over medium heat until thickened, about 40 minutes.
Finish with Splenda and fresh basil.
