Potato Latke

A wonderful Potato Latke recipe to serve at your next party.

Materials

  • 6 Idaho potato, peeled & steamed
  • 1 onion peeled
  • 1/4 teaspoon black peppercorns ground
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 tablespoons potato starch

Instructions

  • Grate steamed potato on a box grater.
  • Grate onion on a box grater.
  • In a large bowl whip egg whites with pepper & potato starch. Fold in Onions & potato.
  • Bake at 350 degrees until light brown or saute in a hot skillet with spray until brown. Serve immediately
