- Grate steamed potato on a box grater.
- Grate onion on a box grater.
- In a large bowl whip egg whites with pepper & potato starch. Fold in Onions & potato.
- Bake at 350 degrees until light brown or saute in a hot skillet with spray until brown. Serve immediately
