quick cooking

coriander

celery seed

teaspoon
garlic (granulated)

onion (granulated)

black peppercorn
ground

chili powder
Instructions
Mix all spices together and add polenta.
Crust fish and sear immediately.
Cover pan and cook over medium heat until cooked through.
Serve immediately
