bean sprouts

de-seeded & julienne

red onion
peeled & julienne

carrot
julienne

garlic
sliced

tablespoon
ginger
minced

tablespoon
lemon zest

vegetable stock
1
cup
sherry

tablespoons
cilantro
chopped
Instructions
In a Large skillet add all ingredients except cilantro.
Cook covered over low heat for 6 minutes.
Uncover add cilantro and cook for 2 minutes more.
Serve over black rice
