Orange Ginger Chicken

Materials

  • 4 4oz. each chicken breasts
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 teaspoon corn starch
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 orange zest
  • 2 teaspoon ginger minced
  • 2 small garlic sliced cloved
  • 1/4 cup apple juice or cider
  • 1/2 cup water (optional)

Instructions

  • Mix dry spices together and coat chicken.
  • In a hot skillet sear chicken breast on one side until golden.
  • Flip chicken over add remaining ingredients and cover.
  • Lower heat and cook over low heat for 4 minutes.
  • Serve hot with brown rice.
