  1. Mix dry spices together and coat chicken.
  2. In a hot skillet sear chicken breast on one side until golden.
  3. Flip chicken over add remaining ingredients and cover.
  4. Lower heat and cook over low heat for 4 minutes.
  5. Serve hot with brown rice.
