Red Chili Sauce

Materials

  • 10 cans whole peeled plum tomatoes (low sodium)
  • 2 coves fresh garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup onion minced
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon chili
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin seed

Instructions

  • Sauté onion, garlic & spices until light brown
  • Add tomato sauce, water & reduce by half.
  • Serve hot
