Bread Pudding
- 4 cups whole-wheat bread (low-sodium) cut into cubes
- 1 1/2 cup Splenda
- 2 1/2 cups skim milk
- 1 cup egg beaters
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Maple Cream
- 8 oz cream cheese reduced fat
- 2 cups sour cream fat free
- 3/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Bread Pudding
Soak bread in milk, egg, Splenda and spices
Use your hands to mash up the bread
Spray small cupcake mold with Pam
Scoop bread mixture into the molds
Bake at 350 for 25 minutes in a warm bath
