Materials

  • 4 cups whole wheat bread (low-sodium) cut into cubes
  • 1/4 cup Splenda
  • 2.5 cups soy milk or skim milk
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons raisins
  • 1/2 teaspoons nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 egg whites

Instructions

  • Soak bread in milk and add spices
  • Fold in egg whites
  • Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
