Grilled Corn on Cob

Materials

  • 2 each corn on the cob cut in halves
  • 4 cups milk (skim)
  • 1/4 teaspoons spleanda
  • 1/4 teaspoons cinnamon ground
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg ground

Instructions

  • Clean corn and cook in milk with cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla extract and splenda for 15 minutes
  • Drain and grill for 5 minutes
